Grape Varieties
A beautiful blend of 30 year old Rkatsiteli vines and Italian Riesling. Puchang’s first Rkatsiteli vintage is 2014. After picking, the grapes are individually crushed and pressed, fermented at a low temperature 40% in stainless steel tanks and 60% in wooden barrels. Making a joyous fresh green taste, balanced clean acidity, minerals and a slight hint of spice.
Uniqueness: Refreshing and fragrant
